{"id":8833,"date":"2020-09-13T07:58:13","date_gmt":"2020-09-13T06:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=8833"},"modified":"2020-09-12T16:41:23","modified_gmt":"2020-09-12T15:41:23","slug":"una-curiosa-historia-que-comenzo-en-1991","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=8833","title":{"rendered":"UNA CURIOSA HISTORIA QUE COMENZ\u00d3 EN 1991"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquel mes de septiembre de 1994, hac\u00eda como unos tres a\u00f1os que llevaba preparando durante mis vacaciones en mi peque\u00f1o refugio de La Punta del Hidalgo lo que, como dije en su d\u00eda, espero que termine siendo mi primer libro, al margen de la ya conocida Gu\u00eda Gastron\u00f3mica de Tenerife y su Provincia, que felizmente, en 1997, se convirti\u00f3 en la primera gu\u00eda gastron\u00f3mica editada en Canarias. Fue en 1991, el a\u00f1o que naci\u00f3 mi \u00fanica hija, <strong>Mar\u00eda<\/strong>, y la idea del libro era que ella y quien lo leyera, conocieran algo m\u00e1s de la idiosincrasia lagunera.
