Normalmente porque en los mismos se puede ver y venerar alguna imagen especialmente querida por la ciudadan\u00eda, muchas veces al margen y por encima de creencias y \u201cpracticancias\u201d. Este es el caso del lagunero Real Santuario de San Miguel de las Victorias, que alberga y donde se custodia la Sagrada Imagen del <strong>Sant\u00edsimo Cristo de La Laguna<\/strong> y que, seguramente por ello, es importante \u201ccaja de resonancia\u201d en lo que a la pastoral de la fe cat\u00f3lica se refiere. Por ello, el cargo de Rector del Real Santuario es especialmente relevante, y porque, paralelamente, quien lo ostenta, lleva impl\u00edcito el cargo de \u201cdirector espiritual\u201d de la Pontificia Real y Venerable Esclavitud del Stmo. Cristo de La Laguna.
