Pero la verdadera realidad de la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n que reside en los barrios se puede imaginar viendo el rudimentario servicio de abastecimiento y reparto de agua potable a los domicilios (l\u00e9ase chabolas). Vean el tradicional y original \u201cservicio\u201d de abastecimiento y reparto de agua potable a los barrios donde miles de chabolas carecen del l\u00edquido elemento para las necesidades m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas. Mientras (hay que volverlo a recordar) en sus televisiones ven a diario c\u00f3mo nosotros abrimos la llave en una de nuestras cocinas o ba\u00f1os y sale un chorro de agua limpia y fresca.
