Justo el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s, en la misma sede judicial y tambi\u00e9n ante la jueza Ana Serrano-Jover\u00a0<\/strong>y la fiscal jefa de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Mar\u00eda Farn\u00e9s<\/strong>, el que fuera alcalde de La Laguna y hoy l\u00edder de la oposici\u00f3n en la corporaci\u00f3n lagunera, Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz Dom\u00ednguez\u00a0<\/strong>se acogi\u00f3 a su derecho de no declarar y no contestar a las preguntas de sus se\u00f1or\u00edas y los abogados presentes (incluido el suyo). Pero pidi\u00f3 que constaran en acta unas manifestaciones que resumi\u00f3, exactamente, en 9 contundentes puntos. Creo interesante destacar lo que Jos\u00e9 Alberto\u00a0<\/strong>apunt\u00f3 en algunos de ellos. En el primero, Jos\u00e9 Alberto dijo que: \u201cm<\/em>e reservo el derecho de solicitar de Su Se\u00f1or\u00eda prestar declaraci\u00f3n cuando se hayan unido a las diligencias la informaci\u00f3n, documentaci\u00f3n y certificaciones requeridas al Ayuntamiento de La Laguna. Ser\u00e1 en ese momento, cuando previo el examen de toda la documentaci\u00f3n e identificados los hechos supuestamente delictivos, pueda ejercer con plenitud el derecho a la defensa y, en su caso, proponer la pr\u00e1ctica de las diligencias que exoneren plenamente de responsabilidad penal\u201d. <\/em>O sea, avisa y\u2026 espera.<\/p>\n
