Por ello, el Royal River Luxury Hotel busca ser un referente para la gastronom\u00eda de la isla, con cuatro restaurantes comandados por el chef \u00cd\u00f1igo Almenara<\/strong>, ganador de grandes premios de cocineros en Espa\u00f1a: el restaurante Flamingo, un moderno gastro-brasserie franc\u00e9s; el Kokoro, de cocina asi\u00e1tica; el Pineapple, buffet restaurante donde se servir\u00e1 el desayuno; y The Top, un restaurante mirador con unas incre\u00edbles vistas panor\u00e1micas a la piscina infinity, que destaca por una cocina cuidada, sencilla y elegante donde el producto es la estrella.
