Por muy bien que lo hagan los profesionales que all\u00ed trabajan (auxiliares, asistentes, personal de enfermer\u00eda, de cocina, de mantenimiento, etc.\u2026). Un establecimiento con esas dimensiones y con tremendo n\u00famero de personas residentes, que mayoritariamente son mayores de edad y muy fr\u00e1giles de salud, siempre es una \u201cbomba de relojer\u00eda\u201d sanitaria y mucho m\u00e1s caros de mantener. Hoy en d\u00eda, lo que procede son residencias m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y llevaderas (de entre 50 y 100 personas) quiz\u00e1 ni m\u00e1s chicas ni m\u00e1s grandes, que sean mejor llevaderas, mucho m\u00e1s seguras, econ\u00f3micamente viables, y, adem\u00e1s, cercanas al entorno y a las familias de las personas residentes en ellas. Quiz\u00e1 municipales, o de mancomunidades, gestionadas desde la administraci\u00f3n con la gesti\u00f3n cedida o concertada con empresas especializadas. Pero los ayuntamientos y sus alcaldes siguen prefiriendo pasar la \u201cpapa caliente\u201d a otros.
