Puedo entender que, en alg\u00fan momento, algunos trabajadores puedan callar, por temor a, supuestamente, perder su puesto de trabajo. Lo podr\u00eda comprender a t\u00edtulo particular. Pero, pregunto: \u00bfcu\u00e1ntos familiares han formalizado en tiempo y forma una reclamaci\u00f3n o denuncia oficial ante Sanidad, Servicios Sociales, el ayuntamiento o el cabildo en los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, \u00bfantes de llegar la COVID?, \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas denuncias han planteado y presentado oficialmente el comit\u00e9 de empresa del centro o los sindicatos, ante la propia direcci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n, ante los juzgados de lo Social o Magistratura de Trabajo, o directamente ante la Fiscal\u00eda en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os? Si efectivamente la Fiscal\u00eda ha llegado y la fiscal jefe <strong>Mar\u00eda Farn\u00e9s<\/strong> (si es que le toca a ella) realiza profesionalmente su labor, llegando de verdad al fondo del tema y a la cruda problem\u00e1tica que le rodea, me temo que vamos a tener muchos culpables y c\u00f3mplices, tanto por acci\u00f3n como, sobre todo, por omisi\u00f3n.
