Una semana m\u00e1s, dentro de la tercera ola de la maldita pandemia, de tantas noticias negativas y de muchos malos rollos entre nuestra clase pol\u00edtica, da gusto poder destacar una noticia en positivo que, adem\u00e1s, vuelve a poner muy alto, el prestigio de \u201cuno de los nuestros\u201d. En este caso, me refiero al acreditado abogado <strong>Vicente \u00c1lvarez-Pedreira Gil<\/strong>, hijo del recordado y muy respetado, tambi\u00e9n abogado y magistrado <strong>Vicente \u00c1lvarez Pedreira<\/strong>, que ostent\u00f3, entre otros altos cargos, el de presidente de la Junta de Canarias en 1980. Su hijo, que ha querido seguir honrando la memoria de su padre uniendo sus dos apellidos, acaba de recibir el nombramiento C\u00f3nsul Honorario de Portugal en Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Hace tiempo que se ven\u00eda gestando el protocolario proceso de nombramiento, en el que es preceptivo el famoso \u201cexequatur\u201d, que viene a ser la autorizaci\u00f3n que otorga un jefe de Estado a los agentes extranjeros, para que en su territorio puedan ejercer las funciones propias de su cargo.
