El <em>feedback<\/em>constructivo es, por tanto, una pr\u00e1ctica que un scout domina a la perfecci\u00f3n cuando comienza su vida laboral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.-<\/strong> <strong>Es generoso.<\/strong> \u201cDar\u201d y \u201ccompartir\u201d son los verbos m\u00e1s presentes en la vida scout. El agua que queda en una cantimplora no es de su due\u00f1o sino de quien m\u00e1s la necesita, y un educador puede llegar a invertir 1.000 horas al a\u00f1o como voluntario, dedicadas a educar a ni\u00f1os a ser mejores personas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.-<\/strong> <strong>Lucha contra la injusticia.<\/strong> Con el lema \u201cdeja el mundo mejor de lo que lo has encontrado\u201d, la pedagog\u00eda scout se basa en que los ni\u00f1os sean capaces de entender y practicar su potencial de mejorar su entorno, resolviendo con valent\u00eda los retos a los que se enfrentan, y no mirando hacia otro lado ante las injusticas sino actuando para cambiarlas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.-<\/strong> <strong>Es una persona \u201ccon recursos\u201d.<\/strong> Tiene una dilatada experiencia en dinamizar reuniones, inventarse un juego para resolver un conflicto, hablar en p\u00fablico, o localizar la empresa m\u00e1s barata de alquiler de furgonetas.
